We, ListenerHub, an internet-based mobile phone application by M/s PS Proprietorship, located in New Delhi, India, use the terms “we” and “ListenerHub” interchangeably, and “you” and “users” interchangeably. The expression “we” includes ListenerHub and M/s PS Proprietorship, as and when the context allows.

The terms “we,” “ListenerHub,” and “M/s PS Proprietorship” also encompass their respective current or former employees, officers, directors, agents, successors, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated entities.

The users’ right to privacy is of paramount importance to ListenerHub.

We take data security and privacy critically and obligate ourselves to maintain a strict no-leak, no-disclosure policy. All private and sensitive data shared through ListenerHub is given utmost protection. Users and providers (hereafter referred to as "listeners") have full control over what they wish to share or keep private within our application.

• Any information you choose to share is anonymized, obscured, and censored from everyone, including ListenerHub employees and external listeners engaged for your benefit.
• The data or information shared by you with listeners is for “your eyes only.” We retain only the basic minimum information, such as name, age, and email ID, necessary for the registration process.
• We do not send unsolicited messages without your permission.
• Promotional messages are sent only with your consent and include an option to opt-out at any time.
• ListenerHub does not share data with any third party under any circumstances.

However, ListenerHub may, with your implied permission, use the basic information provided by you to personalize your online experience. ListenerHub ensures that all stored user data is encrypted and secure against leakage or misuse.

No “sensitive personal data” is collected, stored, or used, in compliance with legal guidelines. Users are strongly advised not to share sensitive personal information with ListenerHub or any associated party.

The sole purpose of collecting minimal user information is to ensure a secure experience for real-time users and enable listeners to address and engage with users effectively and empathetically.

ListenerHub operates as an intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It does not edit or manipulate user-generated content and is protected under the law as an intermediary.

Key Terms and Usage
ListenerHub serves as a platform bringing together two groups—users and listeners. While we undertake basic due diligence, ListenerHub cannot be held liable for the conduct or statements of listeners.

Listeners are independent entities associated with ListenerHub solely for the purpose of facilitating discussions. ListenerHub encourages users to keep discussions anonymous and refrain from sharing specific, identifiable, or sensitive personal data.

ListenerHub is not a professional service provider for medical, psychological, or legal advice. Any discussions with listeners are informal and not to be construed as professional consultation. Users are urged to seek certified professional assistance for critical issues.

Data Privacy and Security
ListenerHub adheres to stringent privacy policies:

• User data is anonymized and encrypted for security.
• Sensitive payment data such as UPI PINs, OTPs, and bank details are not stored, as per regulatory standards.
• ListenerHub complies with requests for data disclosure only under court orders or legal obligations.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of ListenerHub services shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the arbitration conducted in English.
